Meet Jenny Allen Sloan

Jenny, a native of Washington D.C., relocated to Greensboro, North Carolina at the age of eight. With her extensive knowledge of the Triangle region, she earned her Bachelor's degree in Business from North Carolina State University and currently resides in the vibrant Five Points area of Raleigh. Jenny has cultivated a deep appreciation for Raleigh and the surrounding Triangle area, appreciating its geographical proximity to both the beach and mountains, diverse culinary scene, robust economy, and charming neighborhoods.

Jenny's professional journey began with four successful years at CBRE in Charlotte, North Carolina, specializing in commercial real estate. During her tenure on the capital markets team, she actively contributed to the marketing and sale of properties valued at up to $200,000,000. Her career in commercial real estate fueled her passion for assisting individuals in achieving their real estate dreams, motivating her transition to the residential sector and her return to Raleigh.

Jenny's exceptional qualities, including her unwavering energy, organizational acumen, and keen attention to detail, have proven instrumental in her success within this relationship-centric industry. Since joining Hodge & Kittrell Sotheby’s International Realty in 2021, Jenny has facilitated and closed transactions with a combined sales volume exceeding $100,000,000.

During her leisure time, Jenny relishes her adventures, often traveling with her husband and socializing with friends and family. She is equally enthusiastic about exploring Raleigh's latest gastronomic hotspots. Jenny finds solace in outdoor activities, from walking her yellow lab, June, to skiing in the western United States, basking in the serenity of North Carolina's scenic beaches, and engaging in a friendly game of tennis.
