Meet Brandon Blackman

Brandon Blackman sells homes the way a marketer sells anything, with a plan, a message, and an audience paying attention. Before real estate, he spent nearly a decade running marketing for the YMCA of the Triangle, Camp Sea Gull, Camp Seafarer, and Camp Kanata, learning how to make people fall for a place and act on it. That is the same instinct that moves a listing, and it is why his clients tend to sell faster and buy sharper than the market around them.

His focus is relocation. Brandon works with buyers and sellers moving to and from Raleigh, many of them coming from New York, California, Texas, Oregon and Florida, who need someone who knows the Triangle cold and can translate it quickly. He backs that local knowledge with the reach of the Sotheby's International Realty brand, giving sellers marketing that matches the home and giving buyers a genuine head start on the area before they arrive.

A native of Eastern North Carolina and a Raleigh resident since 2008, Brandon graduated from East Carolina University before spending a stretch in Washington, DC. He knows the Triangle beyond the listings, the restaurant worth the wait, the neighborhood spots, the golf courses worth playing that turn a new address into a life, and he shares all of it freely, because a house is only the start of feeling at home somewhere. Off the clock he is fly fishing, on the golf course, at a concert, or pulling for the Carolina Hurricanes, and most weekends point toward Emerald Isle with his wife, Katelyn, and their golden retrievers.
