Chad is a proud North Carolina native who has witnessed the transformation of our beloved Raleigh into the vibrant city it is today. 

Chad’s interest in the real estate industry was sparked at a young age.  He grew up observing developers and realtors working hand-in-hand in the ever-evolving landscape of building and selling new homes and communities.  Just like a home, he wanted to build his expertise and career from the foundation up.  He began his journey working with a small building company, where he gained invaluable insights into the intricacies of home construction.  He then felt equipped to pursue his Real Estate license.  Under the mentorship of family, he quickly learned the ropes at a North Raleigh-based real estate firm, where he handled the sales of communities like Richmond Hill, Stonehenge, Westlake Reserve Townhomes, Bridgeton Park, Durston, Murray Hill, and Old Stone Crossing, to name a few.  These are now among some of Raleigh's most sought-after neighborhoods. 

Chad’s expertise extends beyond new homes and projects to include a focus on the residential resale market. With numerous successful transactions ranging from new custom builds to residential resales, he possesses a deep understanding of the market, keeping clients informed about current trends, competition, and effective marketing strategies. In the real estate landscape, providing clients with comprehensive information is crucial to ensuring they make informed decisions and enjoy their real estate experience.

Chad embraces the beauty of our diverse state. Beyond real estate, Chad enjoys sharing his love for the outdoors with his family, friends and clients at his cabin in Lowland, North Carolina, also known as "Goose Creek Island."  Whether inshore or offshore fishing, boating, the occasional hunting trip, or carpentry, he relishes in the opportunity of being outside.

With over 28 years in the business, he has helped over 600 neighbors realize their real estate dreams. Holding a North Carolina Real Estate Broker license since 1995, a Notary Public since 1999, and a USCG Merchant Marine Officer with an OUPV "Captains License" since 2006, he is committed to professionalism and excellence.
