Meet Courtney Turner

Born in Alabama and raised in North Carolina, Courtney Turner moved to the Tar Heel State at a young age and has called it home for most of her life. Growing up in the Raleigh area, she developed a deep appreciation for the Triangle and all it has to offer. Today, Courtney loves helping clients find their place in a community she is proud to call home.

Before entering real estate, Courtney worked as a retail buyer for a locally owned North Carolina gift shop. Through that experience, she built lasting relationships with people and small businesses throughout the state. Her strong community connections and passion for supporting local businesses give her a unique perspective on the neighborhoods and communities she serves.

Courtney’s passion for real estate comes from her love of connecting with people and helping them achieve their goals. A foodie at heart, Courtney loves discovering local favorites and hidden gems and is always happy to recommend some of the best restaurants throughout the Triangle and across North Carolina. She currently lives in North Hills, where she enjoys walking through the neighborhoods and exploring the area’s parks, shops, and restaurants.

Outside of real estate, Courtney loves spending time with her husband, James, and their three dogs. She also enjoys being with family and friends, playing tennis and mahjong, and making the most of North Carolina’s beautiful seasons. Courtney feels incredibly fortunate to live and work in a place she knows and loves.
