Meet Jonathan

Jonathan is a seasoned executive with a proven track record in establishing and managing successful technology-based businesses, technology transfer and licensing, and securing funding. He was born and educated in South Africa, and has worked in South Africa, the UK, New Zealand, Hawaii and Raleigh, USA.

He has worked as a Real Estate agent for Sotheby’s in South Africa, and has bought and sold both residential and commercial properties in several countries. He has worked as project manager and has been the principal developer in a 60-foot apartment building, and a 12 Acre lakefront resort development. He has experience in trans-oceanic relocation in several countries including Hawaii, and mainland USA.

With over 40 years of business experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and electronics, and as a fully licensed North Carolina Broker and member of the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS® and a resident of Raleigh for the past 5 years, Jonathan is well-equipped to assist you with your real estate needs.

Jonathan has farmed with Irish Dexter cattle for beef and dairy production, and bred these hardy grazers. He has also had a special interest in breeding Belgian Malinois for Rhino Conservation organizations in southern Africa. He has worked with the Veterinary Research Institutes and the Red Meat Producers for cattle. He has served for over 10 years with the South African mounted infantry and is an accomplished equestrian.
