Meet Todd
BrokerTodd is a native North Carolinian and founder of Mountain Modern. His lifelong interest in the environment, both natural & built, fuels his dedication to how a home is integral to your life. The focus at the center is you, and how your goals can be met through Real Estate, Architecture, Design & Nature.
An alumnus of Needham B. Broughton High School and Appalachian State University, Todd’s own story has taken him from NC's Appalachians to the Colorado Rockies, where he lived and worked for 5 years in Aspen, mainly in Environmental Education and Open Space Preservation.
The buying and selling of real estate can be a profound experience and he is thankful for the opportunity to be a part of that process with his clients. He takes a quality-over-quantity approach and is personally invested in his client's satisfaction.
In his spare time, Todd can often be found spending time with his wife, their Labrador Willow, and their young twins, Fallon and Colby. He is a category 1/2 cyclist, an avid skier, and a general outdoor enthusiast.
Todd is an alumnus of the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Raleigh Program. He is a proud supporter of the NC Museum of Art, the Triangle Land Conservancy, Mountains to Sea Trail, and North Carolina Modernist Houses, where he also volunteers time. Todd is the Treasurer of the Blue Ridge Corridor Alliance, where he has also served as a board member since 2016.
