Meet Victoria Sosa

As the Marketing Director of Hodge & Kittrell Sotheby’s International Realty, the preeminent luxury real estate firm in the Triangle and a trusted pillar in the Raleigh market since 1968, my mission is to honor our legacy of excellence while driving innovative marketing strategies that enhance our brand's presence and deepen our community connections. I am committed to leveraging innovative marketing techniques and data-driven insights to attract and engage clients. By upholding our core values of integrity, authenticity, tradition, and loyalty, I aim to propel our brokerage to new heights, ensuring sustained growth and success in an ever-evolving market.

Victoria has worked in sales and marketing since 2011 after graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications. She began her career in multi-family and property management marketing and sales while still in school at UNC before transitioning to retirement/senior living. It was an extremely rewarding field for her before switching to the real estate industry in 2022. She is always looking to learn and grow her knowledge, which she did by completing her Digital Marketing Certification in 2021 through the Digitial Marketing Institute (DMI) and the American Marketing Association (AMA). She is always reading about new innovative marketing strategies and technology. She is proud to say she uses her analytical approach and creative eye to combine eye-catching marketing campaigns driven by data and insights to exceed client's expectations.

When not at work, Victoria enjoys cheering on her UNC Tarheels at football and basketball games, as well as the Carolina Hurricanes! She also enjoys traveling with her family and friends, seeing Broadway shows and spending time outside hiking, camping and gardening.
