Meet Allie Parker

The best thing about Allie Parker's real estate career are the relationships she's formed with her clients and other area agents. A Triangle local, Allie grew up in a family that celebrated entrepreneurship, real estate investments, supporting local businesses and cheering on the Wolfpack. Some things never change. After studying Textiles and graduating from North Carolina State University in 2015, Allie pursued a brief career in fashion before returning "home" to Raleigh, NC.

Inspired by her brother, a local commercial brokerage owner, she pursued the residential side of the business. In just a few short years, Allie has had the honor of earning her way into the Top 25 individual agents in the Triangle. Selling over 60 units for $33M in volume annually, she has been honored with the National Association of Realtors 30 under 30 award and has been featured in the Triangle Real Producers Magazine as both a "Rising Star" and "Realtor on the Rise" all while running a complete sphere and referral based business. 

Outside of real estate, Allie is proactively involved in her community. Most recently, Allie has served in numerous capacities with the YMCA of the Triangle including a leadership role as Chair of the Young Professionals Board, active member of the Alexander YMCA Board, Co-Chair for the Strategic Planning Committee and served on the Executive Search Committee of their most recent CEO hire. Allie is a volunteer and donor for the Miracle League of the Triangle, a graduate of the Cary Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Program, recently served on Ravenscroft's Alumni Committee, and is an active member & volunteer in her church. Allie currently lives in Downtown Cary with her husband, Hayden and Golden Retriever, Pearl where you can often find them in the new park or taking advantage of the running trails at the Umstead.
