Meet Caroline Gay

Originally from Rocky Mount, NC, Caroline’s passion for real estate was inspired by her father’s involvement in custom homebuilding and rental properties. This upbringing instilled in her a deep appreciation for quality craftsmanship and the value of thoughtful investments. Early in her career, she trained under the mentorship of Mollie Owen, co-owner of Hodge & Kittrell Sotheby’s International Realty. She has since established herself as a trusted expert in the Triangle’s competitive real estate market.

Caroline is known for her dedication to excellence and unwavering attention to detail. She takes pride in guiding her clients through every step of the real estate journey, providing a personalized approach and fostering lasting relationships. Her commitment to delivering seamless and rewarding experiences has earned her a strong reputation among buyers and sellers alike.

Outside of her work, Caroline enjoys fishing, playing pickleball, and spending quality time with her black Labrador, Moose. She is a travel enthusiast who cherishes opportunities to explore new destinations and create lasting memories with her family. As an active member of King’s Table Church, she volunteers in the children’s ministry. A proud NC State alumna, Caroline is an avid supporter of the Wolfpack, often enjoying game days at Carter-Finley Stadium and The Lenovo Center.
