Caroline Burns is the Creative Director at Hodge & Kittrell, where she leads the creative vision behind brands, campaigns, and experiences designed to help people grow with confidence. With more than nine years of experience in marketing and creative strategy, Caroline is known for turning ideas into meaningful, results-driven work that reflects both the heart and goals of each client.

Caroline has played a key role in helping agents clarify their voice, elevate their presence, and connect more authentically with their audience. As both a creative leader and a practicing artist, she brings ideas to life through hands-on graphic design and original creative artwork, ensuring each project feels distinctive and intentional. She approaches every project as a true partnership—listening deeply, thinking strategically, and guiding you through the creative process with care and clarity. Her work is driven by a belief that strong marketing doesn’t just look good—it empowers people to show up boldly and consistently.

Caroline brings a rare balance of big-picture vision and detail-oriented execution. Her expertise spans creative direction, brand strategy, digital marketing, content creation, market analysis, graphic design, copywriting and project management, allowing her to oversee campaigns from concept through completion. Through innovative marketing strategies, custom print materials, and thoughtful digital campaigns, she has helped increase brand engagement and create lasting impressions across a variety of industries.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Creative Advertising and Marketing from Appalachian State University.

Outside of work, Caroline enjoys painting, playing golf, and spending summer weekends at Bald Head Island, where she has vacationed for the past 19 years. She is a proud wife and devoted dog mom to Hudson, a rambunctious Goldendoodle.
