Meet Franklin Munford

Franklin became a real force in the Triangle real estate market from a young age, and was featured twice in Top Producers Magazine before the age of 30. His signs can be seen quite frequently Inside the Beltline and in downtown Raleigh, but he is very active all over the Triangle in every price range. He has sold homes in Raleigh, Cary, Durham, Apex, Chapel Hill, and Benson, ranging in price from $130,000 to $1.9 million. Franklin is known for going way above and beyond for his clients, and his patience with everyone from first time home buyers to those looking to downsize has been unanimously applauded.

Franklin is a native and lifelong resident of Raleigh, North Carolina. He attended Needham Broughton High School and then graduated from North Carolina State University. He started with Hodge and Kittrell right after graduating in 2011, which was a time when most people were fleeing the real estate industry. As the market recovered, Franklin has made sure to retain his work ethic and over-the-top service learned during the tough times to allow him to flourish during our current fast-paced market.

Franklin resides in Raleigh with his wife, Lauren, and their dog, Ray. In his free time he enjoys playing golf, traveling with his wife, entertaining and cooking for friends. Franklin and Lauren, much to her dismay, are currently doing their third full home renovation, but she insists this will be their last move for a while.
