Meet Kristy Howard

After growing up in Tennessee and spending time in several southern states, Kristy has called North Carolina home for the last 18 years. She and her three sons relocated to Raleigh in 2021 from Fayetteville, NC. Kristy quickly fell in love with the area and all it has to offer families.  Understanding the challenges that families face when relocating and getting their children acclimated, Kristy has sought and discovered proven resources that ease transitions.  

As a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist with a passion for communication and helping others, Kristy spent years fostering connections and facilitating growth in individuals' lives. Her background has equipped her with invaluable skills in active listening and effective communication - qualities that are essential in understanding her client's needs and preferences in the real estate market. Whether it's deciphering the nuances of a client's wish list or negotiating on their behalf, she is committed to providing personalized service and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

Kristy has spent the last 15 years assisting in commercial and residential real estate purchases and improvements, Kristy understands how to identify and realize potential in real estate. She has a comprehensive understanding of the high-end features and amenities that define luxury in the industry. In 2021 she assisted in the sale of the most expensive home sold in Cumberland County for the year. Utilizing her visual skills as well as her keen eye for design and functionality, she has a proven track record of selecting properties and making improvements that have maximized profits and expedited resales. Outside of real estate, Kristy enjoys exercising, reading, biking, trying new restaurants, attending live entertainment events, serving on the PTA board, and watching her boys play a variety of sports in her free time. As a natural connector, Kristy enjoys hosting events where she can gather and introduce people from different corners of the Triangle.
