Meet MaryJo Oseguera

MaryJo works alongside Allie Parker as Parker Residential's Director of Operations. Her forward-thinking approach, attention to detail, and organizational skills make her the perfect partner to manage the "behind the scenes" aspects of real estate. She helps guide buyers and sellers through each transaction, ensuring that everything stays on track and maintaining clear communication every step of the way. As a licensed real estate broker and a notary public, MaryJo brings a wealth of expertise to the table. Her passion and dedication shine through as she is committed to providing exceptional service to all clients.

MaryJo was born and raised in Silver Spring, Maryland before relocating to the Triangle area in 2011. From a young age, she demonstrated a keen interest in real estate, setting the stage for her future career. During her college years, she took the initiative to obtain her real estate license, paving the way for a seamless transition from academia to the professional realm. Shortly after earning her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from North Carolina State University, she began her endeavor in real estate.

In her free time, MaryJo enjoys spending quality time with her husband and family. She loves being outdoors and embraces all the Triangle area has to offer by taking walks, exploring local trails, and trying new restaurants.
