With her international background, professional financial experience, and innate passion for positively impacting people’s lives, Seiko Shower is ideally suited to supporting homebuyers eager to achieve their dream of homeownership and investors seeking profitable opportunities.

Originally from Japan, Seiko attended a university in Tokyo before starting her 13-year financial career. Her husband’s job transfers subsequently moved Seiko and her family to Singapore, Poland, and, eventually, Raleigh, NC. These global experiences shaped Seiko’s invaluable insights into the practical and emotional needs of homebuyers and her ability to engage authentically with people from diverse backgrounds undergoing life-altering changes. Seiko has also fine-tuned her business creativity over the years, which has become second nature to her and helps her transform seemingly insurmountable challenges into innovative solutions tailored to her client’s unique needs. 

Ingrained with a service-oriented mindset, Seiko guides her clients with her proactiveness, adaptability, and accountability. Furthermore, she leverages her indispensable skills perfected during her financial career. Having successfully managed the global monitoring systems for some of the world’s major banks, Seiko deftly handled regulations, strict deadlines, high-risk situations, and safeguarding client information and interests — everything she continues to execute as a real estate professional.

Seiko continuously sets high professional and ethical standards for herself but balances those self-demands through Japanese art, Zen philosophy, and the Japanese cultural practice of Chado, known as “The Way of Tea.” Chado is more than a ritual for Seiko; it’s a way of life for her and renews her sense of purpose. Seiko also finds great reward as a private pilot, a hobby inspired by her husband’s family’s aviation history that extends to the Navy and Air Force. Seiko has 2 young children and finds joy in both playing and watching tennis as a recreational activity for the whole family.
