Meet Anna Ball Hodge

In her 19th year in the real estate industry and commemorating almost 12 years at Hodge & Kittrell Sotheby’s International Realty, Anna Ball is driven by a passion for assisting clients in navigating the real estate landscape. A third-generation realtor and Raleigh native, she proudly continues the legacy of her grandmother and father, both trailblazers in the Triangle real estate sector. Real estate runs deep in her family heritage and it is in her blood.

With persistence and confidence, Anna Ball uses her extensive knowledge of the Triangle, combined with her dedication to helping people, to advocate on behalf of her clients. She finds joy in being an integral part of her client’s real estate journey, and her intuitive instincts and thoughtful advice leave clients with a sense of comfort knowing their best interest is always the priority.

Anna Ball is not only passionate about her real estate career—she is equally committed to making a difference in the community her family has called home for over 150 years. She is actively involved in the Wake Forest University Center for Private Business, the Broughton Athletics Legacy Foundation, Christ Episcopal Church, and Seasons Village.

An avid, lifelong runner, Anna Ball can often be found logging miles at Umstead State Park, the American Tobacco Trail, the Greenway, or in neighborhoods around Raleigh. When she can, she loves sneaking away to Pinehurst or Atlantic Beach for a little R&R. If she’s not running or traveling, she enjoys spending time with her family and her golden retriever, Della.
