Meet Anna Ball Hodge

In her 17th year in the real estate industry and commemorating a decade at Hodge & Kittrell Sotheby’s International Realty, Anna Ball is driven by a passion for assisting clients in navigating the real estate landscape. A third-generation realtor and Raleigh native, she proudly continues the legacy of her grandmother and father, both trailblazers in the Triangle real estate sector. Real estate runs deep in her family heritage and is in her blood.

With persistence and confidence, Anna uses her extensive knowledge of the Triangle, combined with her dedication to helping people, to advocate on behalf of her clients. She finds joy in being an integral part of her client’s real estate journey, and her intuitive instincts and thoughtful advice leave clients with a sense of comfort knowing their best interest is always the priority.

Anna is not only passionate about her real estate career—she is equally committed to making a difference in the city her family has called home for over 150 years. She serves on the Wake Forest University Center for Private Business Triangle Advisory Board, the Wake Forest University Face to Face Speaker Forum Advisory Board, and as President of the Broughton Athletics Legacy Foundation, and is involved with Christ Episcopal Church and the Seasons Village Board of Directors.

A lifelong avid runner, Anna can often be found logging miles at Umstead State Park, the American Tobacco Trail, the Greenway, or in neighborhoods around Raleigh. When she can, she loves sneaking away to Pinehurst or Atlantic Beach for a little R&R. When not running or traveling, she enjoys spending time with her golden retriever, Della.
