Meet Sarah Bashford

Sarah "Bee" Bashford is a seasoned real estate professional with nearly a decade of experience helping clients navigate the home buying and selling process. Known for their unwavering dedication to client advocacy, they go above and beyond to ensure every client’s best interests are always prioritized. As part of a family team, Bee has worked alongside their parents to provide top-tier service with a personal touch.

A Raleigh native with generations of family history in the Triangle, Bee’s roots in the community run deep. Their great-grandfather and his brother once delivered newspapers for the Raleigh Times in the early 1900s before starting a successful plumbing business. This long-standing connection to the area gives Bee a unique perspective on its growth and development, as well as a deep appreciation for the place they call home.

Beyond real estate, Bee is a self-proclaimed nerd with a passion for rescuing animals. Their love for architecture and design was sparked in childhood by building homes in The Sims, a fascination that now helps them successfully market properties. They share their Raleigh home with their spouse, Monty—a Blowing Rock native—along with their three rescue dogs and three cats. Bee met Monty while working at Appalachian Ski Mountain during college, and the two bonded over a shared love of gaming and skiing. A passionate animal lover, Bee also fosters cats for the SPCA, providing them with a safe home until they find their forever families.

In their free time, Bee enjoys riding electric bikes around town, indulging in great food, and cherishing time with their beloved nephews.
