June Ann joined Hodge & Kittrell Realtors® in 1998 to help people achieve their goals. She enjoys assisting others whether it be the purchase of a first home, dream home, or retirement home. June Ann stays abreast of the always-changing real estate market with access to the latest tools of the trade, technology and information. She is a member of the Triangle Multiple Listing Service, Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors®, the North Carolina Association of Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors®.
A North Carolina native, June Ann has lived in Raleigh for over 30 years. After attending Appalachian State University, she first worked for Travelers Insurance in her hometown, Greensboro. In the early 80s while visiting Raleigh, she seized the opportunity to take a sales position with CF Sauer Co. in the grocery sales industry and has lived in Raleigh ever since.
Serving in the community is important to June Ann. She has been a teacher and active member of White Memorial Presbyterian Church for almost 40 years. She serves on the Executive Committee for Presbyterian Women, and has volunteered in numerous ways ranging from Appalachian Service Projects to the Stephen Ministry. Other community service programs where she has contributed are Habitat for Humanity, American Red Cross, Raleigh Garden Club, Raleigh Junior League and National Charity League.
In her free time, June Ann enjoys spending time with her friends and family at Atlantic Beach and Hyco Lake. Some of her favorite pastimes are cooking, photography, gardening, card games, reading and supporting the NC State Wolfpack. Lately, June Ann and her husband have enjoyed checking out local breweries and eateries. Her greatest joy comes from spending time with her supportive husband, three daughters and grandchildren.
